Getting there

Convention Center Loop

The Las Vegas Convention Center Loop provides fast and convenient transportation for convention and trade show attendees across the LVCC campus, connecting the new West Hall with the existing campus North/Central/South Halls) and the Silver parking lot. Hours of operation are 7:30am – 5:30pm 9/17 – 9/19 and 7:30am- 3pm 9/20. Both the convention center campus stations & the Resorts World station will be available. Resorts World station is $5 for a day pass. You will exit the loop at the central hall and walk over to the south hall.

Las Vegas Monorail

The Las Vegas Monorail provides a quick and reliable transportation alternative on the Las Vegas Strip. Trains arrive every few minutes at each of the seven stations: MGM Grand Station, Bally’s/Paris Las Vegas Station, Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station, Harrah’s/TheLINQ Station, Las Vegas Convention Center Station, Westgate Las Vegas Station and SAHARA Las Vegas Station. The system is open 7:00am to 2:00am Tuesday through Thursday and 7:00am to 3:00am Friday through Saturday.

Parking

Parking is available for $15 per space, with in and out privileges. Cash or credit cards are accepted. Anyone leaving the property and planning to return the same day can show their paid parking receipt. Reentry is subject to availability. Overnight parking is prohibited on property. Vehicles left overnight will be towed at owner’s expense.

If you are renting for longer than the show days, September 17-20, Scootaround will inform you of a location pickup.

Need to rent a scooter/wheelchair?

Requests for wheelchair and scooter rentals for use during shows at the Las Vegas Convention Center can be made through Scootaround at 1-888-441-7575 or on their website at scootaround.com. Scootaround will deliver the scooter or wheelchair to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Location pickup will be Level 1 of the South Hall at the FedEx office.

If you are renting for longer than the show days, September 16-19, Scootaround will inform you of a location pickup.

ATTENDEES BEWARE: PIRATES AND POACHERS WARNING

Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for the Las Vegas Souvenir & Resort Gift Show. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply or claim an affiliation with the show or Clarion Events. Unfortunately, some past attendees and exhibitors have fallen prey to these companies and they have either: lost significant deposits, been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they had thought were confirmed. So be sure to book your room through Connections Housing!
